Return & Refund Policy

At Her Edit, we do not offer refunds. All returns are exchange only.

We are happy to offer exchanges on all purchases. You have 7 days from the date you receive your items to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
• All tags must still be attached
• Items showing signs of wear, makeup, perfume, or damage will not be accepted

When returning your item, please include a note inside the parcel with:

• Your full name
• Your address
• Your order details
• The item and size you wish to exchange for

This helps us process your exchange as quickly as possible. Once your return has been received and inspected, your exchange will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation.

Please allow 24–48 hours for your exchange to be dispatched.

For any enquiries, please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
