We do not ship orders on weekends or bank holidays.

If you selected a tracked delivery method, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your address is correct when placing your order.
Her Edit is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you contact us immediately, we may be able to update it before dispatch — but we cannot guarantee this.

6. Lost or Delayed Parcels

We follow the courier’s investigation process for lost or delayed parcels.
A parcel is only considered “lost” once the courier officially confirms this.

We cannot issue refunds until the courier completes their investigation.
